PROCESS DIGITIZATION FOR BUSINESS RELIEF

Process digitization is not an end in itself, but a business-critical success factor for resource-efficient work. It is about understanding, optimizing and digitizing existing processes and creating more time for value-creating activities.

For us at Multiversum, process digitization is not an end in itself, but a business-critical success factor for working in a resource-efficient manner. It is about understanding, optimizing and digitizing existing processes. Likewise, already digitized processes can be further improved through automation and more time can be created for value-creating activities.

Our experience in the areas of process optimization, as well as introduction of individual software solutions, allows a measurable success in a short time. That is why we like to call our solution “aspirin software”, because we alleviate a considerable pain in short time, without relying on a complex new software implementation. We solve problems that occur with natural business growth and inhibit scaling, e.g., time-consuming review steps, nested approvals, or inefficient request submission (often manually and without thoughtful digitization).

Recognizing optimization & digitalization potentials

In doing so, we consider the best possible balance of short-term availability (time-to-market), highest possible individualization and a cost-efficient solution. Since a process does not necessarily improve through digitization, we first conduct a process maturity analysis. We then decide how far the process can be digitized, automated or enriched with AI. Our experience shows that the highest optimization potential lies in processes that have grown over many years, contain many manual & repetitive steps, or have system breaks in interfaces.

Whether optimization of immature processes or digitization & automation of manual processes: The requirement-specific composition of our existing toolset offers a cost-efficient, fast and flexible solution compared to complex standard solutions or individual development projects.
