PRIVACY NOTICE

On the following pages we will ask you questions about various aspects of your business and how you deal with different environmental, management and human resources issues. The goal of the assessment is to determine a performance result, which will be provided to you together with improvement potentials. The survey is conducted and evaluated by Multiversum GmbH together with its partner Lionizers GmbH. Your data will be stored on servers in Germany for evaluation and processing and will be deleted after 18 months at the latest. They will not be forwarded to third parties and will be treated confidentially. You have the right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO), deletion and revocation (Art. 17 DSGVO) of your answers.
