The name “Multiversum” translates to “Multiverse”, which is the word for describing worlds and dimensions that are beyond our grasp. We think that there is great potential in the unknown, which is why we identify with the concept of a Multiverse, to find new perspectives and ways to create solutions for the challenges our clients present us with. Managing Directors and partners Robert Grimm and Arne Schümann have known each over for more than 10 years. Together they have shouldered countless small and big projects successfully. Every client project is at least chaperoned by one of two partners continuously.
Robert Grimm
Robert Grimm is Founder and Managing Partner of Multiversum GmbH. His career had a traditional start as a foreign salesman in Hamburg. In 1999 Robert Grimm took up the position of leading Manager at General Electric Capital ITS (Compunet).
During his extra-occupational studies in European Business Economics, Robert Grimm had the chance to get some first-hand experiences as a business consultant. Afterwards he took a managing position as Service Manager for several Insurance companies and Banks in Hamburg and Berlin.
His path took him further to becoming Associate Partner with the DAX listed company Nextevolution, where he was in charge of development and the Leading Manager for the strategic IT-Consulting branch. Robert Grimm is married and has three children.
Arne Schümann
In 2012, Arne Schümann became managing partner of Multiversum GmbH. Previously, Arne Schümann was interim CEO of a software & consulting company in the USA and Managing Director of Festo Didactic Knowledge & Learning.
In 2007, he moved from AOL to Festo. At the TimeWarner subsidiary, he had been responsible for portfolio management since 2003. Before that, Arne Schümann worked for four years as Vice President Product Management at MIS AG.
Born and raised in Hamburg, he held management positions at AON Jauch & Hübener and Arthur Andersen as well as Beiersdorf AG for many years. He has university degrees in both Operations Management and Business Information Systems. Arne Schümann is married and has three children.
