The different modules can be conducted independently based on the requirements and goals of the organization. With the Opportunity Mapping, the leadership team evaluates the entire organization, identifies specific departments, and determines the focus for the subsequent modules. In Framing, processes or products are represented, and in Concept Development, they are reimagined. Within a day, we develop a new process, assess its feasibility, consider ethical implications, and identify initial data sources.
The concluding modules, Tech Check and Prototyping, bridge the gap to your IT department. Our experts support a two-day evaluation of technical implementation and develop a prototype in seven days to illustrate the solution. This means that after 14 working days you have a result and have developed your first own AI solution.
